Sean Flanagan is a fitness professional specializing in Circular Strength Training® and works with professional Mixed Martial Arts fighters and people from all walks of life looking to develop world class fitness. Sean’s results-driven programs are geared towards bringing your very best out of you – while delivering fun and a strong feeling of accomplishment. Training programs are based out of Providence, RI and in the Metrowest area of Massachusetts.

A typical workout might see you jumping in the air, swinging a weighted Clubbell with complexity and grace, throwing a medicine ball, or pulling yourself up from gymnastic rings. Sean’s programs are based on the belief that it is your birthright to develop a strong and aesthetically pleasing body that is uniquely mobile and vibrant.
You can train with Sean Flanagan and reach your fitness goals through small group personal training and large group fitness classes. One-on-one training is available in the Platinum Coaching program for people who will only be satisfied with the best results possible.
